Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off or Schedule

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or contact our team to schedule a white-glove pickup for oversized furniture.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
